Products & Use Disclaimer
Fish spawning mops and aquarium décor sold on FishMop.com are intended for ornamental aquarium and pond use only. Customers are solely responsible for determining product suitability for their livestock, species compatibility, and aquarium setup. Always supervise animals and inspect décor regularly.
All products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
FishMop.com is not responsible for injury, loss, death, or damage resulting from improper use, incompatible species, failure to monitor aquarium conditions, or normal wear and tear.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. FishMop.com does not store full payment card information.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or unauthorized activity.
Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Many items are handmade and produced upon order. Delays may occur due to supply availability, carrier issues, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
FishMop.com shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply shortages, carrier delays, acts of God, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Used or submerged aquarium products are not eligible for return due to health and safety considerations.
