Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. AquaNest does not store full payment card information.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or unauthorized activity.
Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Many items are handmade or produced to order. Delays may occur due to production schedules, carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
AquaNest is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, carrier disruptions, acts of God, labor issues, or governmental actions.
Returns & Refunds

For health and safety reasons, used or submerged aquarium products are not eligible for return.
